Am I eligible? 

Apart from the eligibility requirements below you also need to check the requirements of the different target groups.

Undergraduate
You are eligible to apply for an undergraduate scholarship if you have finished at least one year of undergraduate studies. However you need to check the admission requirements for the course/programme you are applying for since the requirements can vary a lot.

You need to upload the following documents

  • proof of registration (optional for TG2 and TG3)
  • official transcripts of diploma or degree
  • course record
  • passport or other ID
  • current resume or CV
  • official language test or other proof of language ability
  • recommendation letter (optional)
  • proof of target group status (only for TG3) 

Master 
You are eligible to apply for a scholarship at master's level if you have finished your Bachelor's degree (BA) and have the requested eligibility for the course or programme you are applying for. If you have not obtained your BA degree yet, you must submit a document showing the expected date for your BA-degree to be issued. You need to show your BA-degreee before starting the mobility. Please study each Partner University's website concerning the Master's programmes special requirements.

You need to upload the following documents

  • proof of registration (optional for TG2 and TG3)
  • official transcripts of diploma or degree
  • description of research topic (optional for students who are only studying courses and not a full Master's programme)
  • course record
  • passport or other ID
  • current resume or CV
  • official language test or other proof of language ability
  • recommendation letter (optional)
  • proof of target group status (only for TG3)

PhD
You are eligible to apply for a scholarship for PhD studies if you have finished your Bachelor's degree (BA) or Master's degree (MA) and fulfill the requirements for the programme you apply for or if you have started your PhD studies already. Some Partner Universities have special programmes and courses for PhD students that you need to apply for. You need to write 1-2 pages about your research interest and submit to your application.

You need to upload the following documents

  • proof of registration (optional for TG2 and TG3)
  • official transcripts of diploma or degree
  • description of research topic course record
  • passport or other ID
  • current resume or CV
  • official language test or other proof of language ability
  • intention of cooperation letter from head of department or equivalent (optional)
  • recommendation letter (optional)
  • proof of target group status (only for TG3)

Post-Doc fellowship
Post-doc applicants must have obtained his/her doctorate in the last two years. European post-docs must have the support of one of the European Partner Universities to carry out a post-doctorate mobility which can be research, training and/or following up highly specialized courses.

You need to upload the following documents

  • course record
  • passport or other ID
  • current resume or CV
  • official language test or other proof of language ability
  • intention of cooperation letter from head of department or equivalent (optional)
  • recommendation letter (optional)
  • proof of target group status (only for TG3)
  • Those applicants who hand in an "open application" (subject code 16.9) also need to hand in a document from the host university, assuring that the application is accepted.  

Academic Staff
Academic staff working at one of the Partner Universities in the consortium is eligible to apply. You must have the nationality of one of the eligible countries and be fully integrated into the department or faculty of the host institution(s). You need to contact the Partner University coordinator if you don’t already have a colleague at the host university. Academic staff mobility refers exclusively to training, teaching and/or research activities performed by invited academic staff of partner universities in host institutions which are members of the partnership. The objectives of "academic staff mobility" must be:

  • to provide academic staff with opportunities for professional and personal development, through the possibility of doing practical training, research or teaching assignments in a partner institution
  • to encourage universities to broaden and enrich the range and content of courses they offer
  • to allow students to benefit from the knowledge and expertise of academic staff from universities in participating in the partnership
  • to consolidate links between institutions in different countries
  • to promote exchange of expertise and experience on pedagogical methods
  • to strengthen the capacity for international cooperation
  • to prepare long-term recognition of studies between institutions through ECTS (European credit transfer system) or other compatible systems.

  • plan of work during the mobility
  • course record  (optional)
  • passport or other ID
  • current resume or CV
  • intention of cooperation letter from head of department or equivalent (optional)
  • recommendation letter (optional)
  • Those applicants who hand in an "open application" (subject code 16.9) also need to hand in a document from the host university, assuring that the application is accepted.
