Can I send scanned documents only or do I also have to send them by regular mail?
If the scanned documents are clear (try it out when printing them), and text/logo/stamps are readable, then scanned copies are sufficient. If not, you can send them by regular mail as well – to your first hand choice university. Please note: all certificates/degrees have to be stamped by your home university.
